Do you take insurance?

Yes!  We are credentialled Medicare providers and in-network with BCBS.  This is billed as any other visit to an outpatient physical therapy clinic.

Do you take private pay?

Yes!  We offer wellness programs tailored to your specific needs.  Call us to discuss our private pay rates.

How do I get started?

It’s easy!  Simply find your insurance cards, gather your primary care providers name and contact information, then give us a call!  We will answer all your questions, confirm your insurance benefits, and set up an appointment.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

It is preferred, but not necessary to get started.

How do primary care providers make a referral? 

Please fax the orders for PT to 617-588-2110 our confidential fax line. Please include demographics, insurance info and med list if available.

No Surprises Act:

Under new federal law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

​

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
